The Right To Buy Service is an independent Scottish organisation, set up to advise and assist council tenants on all aspects of house purchase.

In addition to our regular schemes we can now help benefit claimants, senior citizens, self employed and those turned down by a bank or building society for CCJ's, defaults etc.

The new laws now implemented in Scotland may not affect the right to buy your home.
